I’m not here to shout, count reps, or tell you to give up what you love.
I’m just a guy who trains hard, loves food, and knows what it’s like to fall off track when life gets busy. I’ve been doing this for over a decade, not because I love burpees, but because I’ve seen how much better life feels when you’re in shape and confident.
My job is to help you get there in a way that actually fits your life, with something simple, straightforward and repeatable long term.
