How is the training programme delivered?
The program is both in-person and online, with PT sessions conducted face-to-face in the gym, and support calls and accountability provided remotely to fit around your schedule. With my coaching app, you'll be able to see your training program, along with comprehensive video demonstrations of all exercises, enabling you to complement your training or continue your workouts from any location around the globe.
How do I help you with fat loss?
Looking lean and toned is achieved through changes in diet, and my nutrition coaching program revolves around cultivating sustainable habits. The approach involves analysing your current routines, identifying bottlenecks to your progress, and making adjustments to initiate positive change. I can offer different levels of assistance, depending on your requirements, ranging from weekly progress check-ins to a complete meal plan. The choice is yours.
How do I help you with injuries?
Injuries are common, which is why the initial step in my process is to fix any mobility and postural issues. To achieve this, we utilize a combination of stretching and mobility exercises during your warm-up routine.
We also cherry-pick suitable exercises based on your current physical condition and mobility levels and emphasize proper training technique. This includes lifting weights through a complete range of motion, placing the appropriate amount of tension on muscles instead of joints, and selecting an appropriate weight for each exercise.
How do I help you gain muscle?
Building muscle is a straightforward but gradual process. We will optimise your nutrition to provide you with the necessary building blocks and concentrate on making the most of your strength training time. Your programming will encompass everything required to gain muscle, all you need to add in is effort, consistency and a fair amount of patience.
How often do you need to train?
My program design incorporates total body training sessions, resulting in a comprehensive workout in around 45 minutes. I recommend a minimum of two sessions per week, with a maximum of four, as recovery from strength training is where your body gains strength, rather than solely from the training itself. My approach prioritizes efficiency, and while four sessions may be more productive than two, it does not yield double the results.
How long does the programme last?
Although there is no contractual minimum requirement, for us to achieve exceptional results and to enable you to maintain them independently for life, I suggest that you commit to a minimum of three to six months.
How much does the programme cost?
This is a premium personal training service. Investment packages range and kick off from £50 to around £200 per week depending on your challenges, where you are & what you need. Once we get to the bottom of your problem, I can advise the best option from there.
